Ohio Panel Revives Spinal Injury Suit Against Crunch Fitness

An Ohio appeals panel has revived a negligence lawsuit against Crunch Fitness over a weightlifting accident that left a woman with a fractured vertebrae, saying a factual issue exists over her attempt to do the exercise that injured her.
