The New York Jets want Delaware's Court of Chancery to appoint a receiver for mobile sports betting venture Fubo Gaming Inc. after the team was "shocked" to learn that the venture, a subsidiary of FuboTV that the Jets say is already in default on a $12 million Jets sponsorship agreement, had moved to dissolve, according to a petition filed this week.
