I am planning on attending a contest on Nov. 17th. I am 17 yrs old and probably around 10-12% bodyfat at the momment (up from 9% since my pics I put on bodyspace). But i've put on a good 10-15lbs since those pics. Anyway, if I attend, this will be my first show and I am really a total newb when it comes to nailing proper condition for a show.
