Last month, four-time Grand Slam conqueror Naomi Osaka reminisced on her life on her 25th birthday.Â
"Just like that a quarter century has passed for me and I feel really lucky to have encountered so many different people and traveled to so many exciting places in that time.
Honestly with each passing year I always expect myself to be more put together or to magically be more of an adult, Iâve realized though that a lot of things you canât rush and it will all come eventually through the experience of living life.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for watching me go on this journey and Iâm so grateful for all the love and messages, I really donât know what I did to deserve it all. Love you and Iâm sure Iâll see you around," Osaka said.

For messages like the one above, Osaka is appreciated by many of her fans. Nick Kyrgios also pointed this out.
âNaomi, I love what she brings to the sport," Kyrgios told the Tokyo tournament website.
"I think she's an amazing athlete. She can play some great tennis, but what she can do off the court is even more inspirational. She has so many people looking up to her. She inspires millions of people and I think that's something that I bring, as well."
The 2022 season hasn't been fantastic for Osaka in terms of results. As proof, she is now the 42nd-ranked player in the world. "This year has been not the best year for me but I've learned a lot about myself," Osaka said, per AFP.
"Life is ups and downs, and this year was more down than up, but overall I'm pretty happy with where I am now."
